While not everyone will be flexible enough to complete these poses, they are simple enough that you can try to approach without risking injury or having advanced yoga experience based solely on the images.

Remember, as with any exercise, your own limitations and skills should be taken into account before you approach any new workout. If you have poor balance or a bad back, please take these factors into account before attempting any of these yoga poses and no matter how in shape you are, always star slowly and stretch yourself gently.

Just because you can’t do pose #2 yet, doesn’t mean you won’t be able to if you start practicing yoga regularly.
